The Council having unanimously waived the reading of the Resolution, on motion of Counci~w~ Heinly, seconded by Brewer and carried, the following Resolution en- titled: "Resolution No. 62-15 amending Resolution No. 62-7, which declared intention to establish future right-of-way lines along Seventeenth Street, Sugar Avenue, Warner Avenue, Santa Clara Avenue, Memo~ Lane, Edinger Avenue and Dyer Road - Talbert Avenue and fixed the date of hearing thereou, to delete provision that Director of Public Works is directed to post copies of said Resolution along the public streets in the areas where said future right-of-wmy lines are being considered" 8 was considered and passed by the following vote: Reso. No. 62-16 Correct Condition 7 Reso. No. 61-280 Granting Appeal (Continental Baking Company ) Ayes, Councilmen Henry It. Schlueter, Dale H. Heinly, Bob Brewer, Royal E. Hubbard Noes, Councilmen None , Absent, Councilmen A. A. Hall The Council having unanimously waived the reading of the Resolution, on motion of Councilw~n Heinly, seconded by Schlueter and carried, the following Resolution on- titled: "Resolution No. 62-16 correcting Condition 7 contained in Resolution No. 61-280 granting Appeal Application No. 47 filed by Continental Baking Company" was considered and passed by the following vote: Ordinance No. NS-561 Calling, providing for and giving notice of Special Municipal Election (Water Revenue Bo as) Ayes, Councilmen Henry H. Schlueter, Dale H. Heinly, Bob Brewer, Royal E. Hubbard Noes, Councilmen None Absent, Councilmen A. A. Hall The Council having unanimously waived the reading of the Ordinance, on motion of Counci~w~n Heinly, seconded by Brewer and carrie~, the following Ordinance on- titled: "Ordim~nce No. NB-561 of the City Council of the City of Santa Aha California, calling, providing for and giving notice of a Special Municipal Election to be held in said City on Tuesday, ~arch 13, 1962, for the purpose of submitting to the qualified voters of said City a proposition for the issuance of Water Revenue Bonds by said City" was considered and passed by the following vote: Presentation of Schematic Design Study of proposed Municipal Stadium Ayes, Councilmen Nenry H. Schlueter, Dale H. Heinly, Bob Brewer, Royal E. H~Abbard Noes, Councilmen None Absent, Councilmen A. A. Hall Robert Michael Hernandez, Architect, 820 South Grand Avenue, Sauta Ama, presented a Schematic Desig~ Study, dated January 22, 1962, of the proposed Santa Aha M~Auici- pal Stadium, to be located at either the old Bowl site, Eighth and Flower Streets, or at Segerstrom Avenue and Raitt Street, and gave an oral summary of the contents thereof. On motion of COuncilman Brewer, seconded by Heinly and carried, the Sche- matic Design Study was received and filed. It was moved by Councilman Heinly that the Architect be instructed to prepare preliminary plans, drawings and specifica- tions for the construction of the Municipal Stadium at the Segerstrcm site.
