RESOLUTION NO. 91- 113.
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF SANTA ANA AMENDING RESOLUTION
NO. 88-75 TO APPROVE A GRANT APPLICATION
FOR ROSITA PARK IMPROVEMENTS
WHEREAS, the City Council, by its Resolution No. 88-75
approved an application by the City of Santa Ana for grant funds
under the California Wildlife, Coastal, and Park Land Conservation
Act of 1988 for a project known as Rosita Park Recreation Center
(Phase IIB); and
WHEREAS, it
Park Recreation
(Phase IIA);
is now desired to change the project from Rosita
Center (Phase IIB) to Rosita Park Improvements
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF SANTA ANA that city Council Resolution No. 88-75 is amended in
the following respects:
1. The words "Recreation Center," wherever they appear, are
amended to read "Improvements."
2. The words "(Phase IIB)," wherever they appear, are
deleted.
