RESOLUTION NO. 91- 118
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF SANTA ANA AUTHORIZING CERTAIN CITY OFFICERS
TO EXECUTE APPLICATIONS AND DOCUMENTS FOR
FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE UNDER THE FEDERAL CIVIL
DEFENSE ACT OF 1950.
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Santa
Ana as follows:
1. The following named individuals are hereby authorized to
execute, for and in behalf of the City of Santa Ana, a public
entity established under the laws of the State of California,
applications and documents for the purpose of obtaining financial
assistance under the Federal Civil Defense Act of 1950, as amended
(Publi~9~/~ Congress, 50 USC.App. 2251-2297):
