RESOLUTION NO. 92- 044
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF SANTA ANA APPROVING THE
DESTRUCTION OF CERTAIN RECORDS IN
THE OFFICE OF THE CITY ATTORNEY
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA
ANA that the destruction by the city Attorney of the following
records of the office of the city Attorney is hereby approved, in
accordance with Government Code Section 34090:
(a) 1987-89 MAR & Small Claims files (closed).
(b) 1987-89 miscellaneous Municipal court files (closed).
(c) 1987-89 miscellaneous Workers Compensation files
(closed).
(d) 1984-1986 miscellaneous US files (closed).
(e) 1987-1989 ABC Protest . files (closed).
(f) 1987-1989 miscellaneous CorresPondence.
(g) 1987-1989 miscellaneous General files (closed).
(h) 1986 and 1987 miscellaneous Personnel Board files
(closed).
(i) 1986 and 1987 miscellaneous Superior Court files
(closed).
