RESOLUTION NO. 92- 049
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF SANTA ANA APPROVING A CONFLICT
OF INTEREST CODE FOR THE PROJECT AREA
COMMITTEE OF THE EDUCATIONAL AND
COMMUNITY FACILITIES REDEVELOPMENT
PROJECT AREA
WHEREAS, the this Council, by its Resolution No. 92-23,
adopted March 16, 1992, approved a Project Area Committee for the
Educational and Community Facilities Redevelopment Project; and
WHEREAS, at its meeting of May 5, 1992, the said Project Area
Committee approved a Conflict of Interest Code for its members in
accordance with the provisions of the Political Reform Act of 1974,
which Conflict of Interest Code is set forth in Exhibit A, attached
hereto and incorporated herein; and
WHEREAS, pursuant to the said Political Reform Act of 1974,
this Council is the "code reviewing body" for the said Project Area
Committee; and
WHEREAS, the said Project Area Committee has submitted its
Conflict of Interest Code to this Council for approval;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF SANTA ANA that the Conflict of Interest Code for the Project
Area Committee of the Educational and Community Facilities
Redevelopment Project Area, as set forth in Exhibit A, is hereby
approved.
