RESOLUTION NO. 92-095
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF SANTA ANA PROHIBITING THE PARK-
ING OF VEHICLES ON CERTAIN STREETS IN
THE DOWNTOWN AREA BETWEEN 12:00 MIDNIGHT
AND 6:00 A.M.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA AS
FOLLOWS:
1. Pursuant to section 36-132 of the Santa Municipal Code,
the Executive Director of the Public Works Agency is hereby
directed to place signs prohibiting the parking of any vehicle on
the following streets between the hours of 12:00 midnight and 6:00
a.m.:
Third Street between Ross and French Streets;
Fourth Street between Ross and Lacy Streets;
Fifth Street between Ross and French Streets;
Birch Street between Third and Fourth Streets;
Sycamore Street between Third and Fifth Streets;
Bush Street between Third and Fifth Streets;
French Street between Third and Fifth Streets.
2. Nothing herein shall be construed to limit the authority
of the Executive Director of the Public Works Agency to place signs
or markings prohibiting parking for a more extended period of time
than provided by this resolution, or at all times, on any portion
of any of the abovesaid streets, when authorized to do so by
section 36-132 of the Santa Ana Municipal Code.
