RESOLUTION NO. 92-103
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF SANTA ANA AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 92-102 BY
INCREASING THE NUMBER OF MEMBERS OF THE
ENVIRONMENTAL AND TRANSPORTATION ADVISORY
COMMITTEE TO NINE MEMBERS.
WHEREAS, this Council, by its Resolution No. 92-102, dated
December 21, 1992, established the members of the Environmental and
Transportation Advisory Committee at seven members; and
WHEREAS, this Council now desires to increase the number of
members of said Committee to nine members;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF SANTA ANA AS FOLLOWS:
Resolution No. 92-102 is amended to increase the number
of members of the Environmental and Transportation Advisory
Committee to nine members, one (1) of which shall be nominated by
the Santa Aha Chamber of Commerce, and one (1) of which shall be
nominated by the Santa Aha Hispanic Chamber of Commerce.
ADOPTED this 21st day of December , 1992.
