HomeMy WebLinkAbout94-022 - Change Certain Land Use Designations in the Area of North Harbor Blvd415 REL:4/22/94 RESOLUTION NO. 94-022 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA AMENDING THE LAND USE ELEMENT OF THE GENERAL PLAN TO CHANGE CERTAIN LAND USE DESIGNATIONS IN THE AREA OF NORTH HARBOR BOULEVARD (GPA 92-7) WHEREAS, the Planning Commission of the City of Santa Ana, after duly noticed public hearing, approved an amendment to General Plan of the City of Santa Ana, as hereinafter set forth; and WHEREAS, this Council, after duly notice public hearing, concurs in the Planning Commission's approval of said General Plan amendment; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA that the Land Use Element of the General Plan of the City of Santa Ana is amended in the following particulars: 1. That area shown as "A" on Exhibit A, attached hereto and incorporated herein, is redesignated from the Low-Medium Density Residential category to the Low Density Residential category. 2. That area shown incorporated herein, is District category to the as "B" on Exhibit B, attached hereto and redesignated from the General Business Medium Density Residential category. 3. That area shown incorporated herein, is District category to the as "C" on Exhibit C, attached hereto and redesignated from the General Business Industrial category. 4. That area shown as "D" on Exhibit D, attached hereto and incorporated herein, is redesignated from the Low-Medium Density Residential category to the General Business District category. 5. That area shown as "E" on Exhibit D, attached hereto and Incorporated herein, is redesignated from the Low Density Residential category to the General Business District category. 6. That area shown as "F" on Exhibit D, attached hereto and incorporated herein, is redesignated from the Industrial category to the General Business District category. 7. That area shown as "G" on Exhibit E, attached hereto and incorporated herein, is redesignated from the General Business District category to the Open Space category.
