RESOLUTION NO. 94-~30
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF SANTA ANA AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTIVE
DIRECTOR OF THE PUBLIC WORKS AGENCY TO EXECUTE
PROGRAM SUPPLEMENT NO. 072 TO THE AGREEMENT
BETWEEN THE CITY OF SANTA ANA AND THE STATE OF
CALIFORNIA REGARDING THE BRISTOL STREET
DEMONSTRATION PROJECT.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA
that the Executive Director of the Public Works Agency of the City
of Santa Ana is hereby authorized to execute, on behalf of the city
of Santa Ana, Program Supplement No. 072 to Local Agency-State
Agreement for Federal Demonstration Project No. DPU0001(001),
pertaining to the widening of Bristol Street between Fifth Street
and Myrtle Street.
ADOPTED this 20th day of June , 1994.
