A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL
CITY OF SANTA ANA TO REVISE THE WATER RATES
OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA EFFECTIVE July 1, 1994

WHEREAS, on July 1, 1993 the metered water rate of the City of
Santa Ana was established at $0.907 per 100 cubic feet by
Resolution of the City Council; and
WHEREAS, it is now desired to maintain the metered water rate
of $0.907 per 100 cubic feet until June 30, 1994 and increase the
metered water rate to $0.933 on July 1, 1994;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF SANTA ANA AS FOLLOWS:
Effective July 1, 1994, the metered water rate of the City of
Santa Ana shall be set at $0.933 per 100 cubic feet.
