RESOLUTION 94- 078
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA
TO AMEND RESOLUTION NO. 94-036 TO ESTABLISH FOOD VENDING
VEHICLE PERMIT FEES.
WHEREAS, on June 20, 1994, this Council adopted its
Resolution No. 94-036, establishing a uniform ~chedule of f~e~ for
special services, to be effective from and after the first day of
July, 1994; and
WHEREAS, section 36-604 of the Santa Ana Municipal Code
("SAMC") requires the payment of a fee for a vendor or operator
permit for food vending vehicle vendors and operators; and
WHEREAS, in accordance with SAMC section 36-604, the
vendor and operator permit fees are to be specified by resolution
of the city Council; and
WHEREAS, the City Council does now desire to amend
Resolution 94-036 to add thereto a vendor and operator permit fee
pursuant to section 36-604 of the SAMC for vendors and operators of
food vending vehicles;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF SANTA ANA AS FOLLOWS:
1. That Resolution
