A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF SANTA ANA SETTING THE DATE AND
TIME OF A JOINT PUBLIC HEARING WITH
RESPECT TO THE AMENDMENT TO THE REDEVE-
LOPMENT PLAN FOR THE SOUTH MAIN STREET
REDEVELOPMENT PROJECT AREA AND THE
ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT REPORT PREPARED IN
CONNECTION THEREWITH
WHEREAS, the Community Redevelopment and Housing Commission
of the City of Santa Ana has initiated proceedings to amend the
South Main Street Redevelopment Plan in order to extend the time
limits to incur debt, to increase the financial limitations of the
existing Plan, to extend the period for commencement of eminent
domain proceedings, and to include additional public improvement
projects;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF SANTA ANA AS FOLLOWS:
1. This Council hereby sets as the time and place for a
joint public hearing with the Community Redevelopment and Housing
Commission on the proposed amendment to the Redevelopment Plan for
the South Main Street Redevelopment Project Area and the
environmental impact report prepared in connection therewith, the
following:

2. The Clerk of the Council, in cooperation with the
Secretary of the Commission, is authorized and directed to give
notice of such public hearing in the form and manner required by
law.
