A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF SANTA ANA MAKING CERTAIN FIND-
INGS WITH RESPECT TO THE CONVEYANCE OF
REAL PROPERTY BY THE COMMUNITY REDEVEL-
OPMENT AGENCY OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA
