RESOLUTION NO. 95- 043
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF SANTA ANA AMENDING THE GENER~LL PLAN TO
REDESIGNATE CERTAIN PROPERTY LOCATED ON THE
SOUTHEAST CORNER OF EDINGER AVENUE AND BAKER
STREET FROM THE LOW DENSITY RESIDENTIAL CATE-
GORY TO THE INSTITUTIONAL CATEGORY (GPA 95-4)
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission of the City of Santa Aha,
after duly noticed public hearing, approved, and recommended for
approval to the City Council, an amendment to the General Plan of
the City of Santa Ana (GPA 95-4), as hereinafter set forth; and
WHEREAS, this Council, after duly noticed public hearing,
concurs in the actions and recommendations of the Planning
Commission with respect to the foregoing;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF SANTA ANA that the "Land Use Plan" of the Land Use Element of
the General Plan of the city of Santa Ana is hereby amended to
redesignate that area cf the city shown on Exhibit A, attached
hereto and incorporated herein, from the "Low Density Residential"
category to the "Institutional" category.
