HomeMy WebLinkAbout95-068 Not AdoptedRESOLUTION NO. 95- 068 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA AMENDING THE LAND USE ELEMENT OF THE GENERAL PLAN WITH REGARD TO PROPERTY LOCATED AT 1913 WEST EDINGER AVENUE (GPA 95-6) / WHEREAS, the Planning Commission of the City/of Santa Ana, after noticed public hearing, considered an a~endment to the General Plan of the city of Santa Ana as hereina~er set forth; and WHEREAS, this Council has held a duly n~gticed public hearing on said General Plan amendment; / NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY T~ CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA that the "Land Use Plan"/Of the Land Use Element of the General Plan of the City of San~a Ana is hereby amended to redesignate that area of the City shown on Exhibit A, attached hereto and incorporated herein, fromm the "Low De~y Residential" category to the "General Busine~ D i~~.
