RESOLUTION NO. 95- 085
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF SANTA ANA AMENDING THE LAND USE
ELEMENT OF THE GENERAL PLAN WITH REGARD
TO PROPERTY LOCATED AT 1913 WEST EDINGER
AVENUE (GPA 95-6)
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission of the City of Santa Ana,
after noticed public hearing, considered an amendment to the
General Plan of the city of Santa Ana as hereinafter set forth; and
WHEREAS, this Council has held a duly noticed public hearing
on said General Plan amendment;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF SANTA ANA that the "Land Use Plan" of the Land Use Element of
the General Plan of the City of Santa Ana is hereby amended to
redesignate that area of the City shown on Exhibits 1 and 2,
attached hereto and incorporated herein, from the "Low Density
Residential" category to the "General Business District" category.
