A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF SANTA ANA AMENDING RESOLUTION
NO. 95-045 TO DELETE A PARCEL ERRONEOUS-
LY LISTED FOR SPECIAL ASSESSMENT
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Santa Ana adopted its
Resolution No. 95-045 on August 7, 1995, to levy assessments
against certain parcels of real property for the cost of securing
and demolishing various structures located on such parcels; and
WHEREAS, said Resolution No. 95-045 was recorded in the
official records of Orange County on October 3, 1995, as Instrument
No. 95-433836; and
WHEREAS, Exhibit 1 to Resolution No. 95-045 erroneously listed
Assessor's Parcel number 398-371-13 as one of the parcels to be
assessed for the cost of securing or demolishing a structure
located thereon;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF SANTA ANA AS FOLLOWS:
1. Resolution No. 95-045 of the City Council of the City of
Santa Ana is hereby amended by deleting the reference to Parcel
Number 398-371-13 and the corresponding Assessment Amount of
1,295.59 from Exhibit 1 of said resolution.
2. The Clerk of the Council is directed to file a certified
copy of this resolution with the Orange County Recorder.
