RESOLUTION NO. 96- 003
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF SANTA ANA AUTHORIZING THE EXECU-
TIVE DIRECTOR OF THE PUBLIC WORKS AGENCY
TO EXECUTE A CERTAIN PROGRAM SUPPLEMENT
TO THE AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY OF
SANTA ANA AND THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA
REGARDING THE WESTMINSTER AVENUE WIDEN-
ING PROJECT
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA
that the Executive Director of the Public Works Agency of the city
of Santa Ana in hereby authorized to execute, on behalf of the City
of Santa Ana, Program Supplement Agreement No. 077 to Local Agency-
State Agreement for Federal-Aid Project No. 12-5063, pertaining to
the widening of Westminster Avenue between Euclid Street and
Fairview Street.
