A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF SANTA ANA AUTHORIZING THE EXECU-
TIVE DIRECTOR OF THE PUBLIC WORKS AGENCY
TO EXECUTE CERTAIN PROGRAM SUPPLEMENTS
WITH THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA, DEPARTMENT
OF TRANSPORTATION FOR STATE FUNDING FOR
THREE PROJECTS UNDER THE FY 1993-94
HAZARD ELIMINATION SAFETY PROGRAM
WHEREAS, the city of Santa Ana has applied for Federal funds
to be used for three projects under the FY 1993-1994 Hazard
Elimination Safety Program; and
WHEREAS, the Federal Department of Transportation, through the
State of California, Department of Transportation (Caltrans) has
approved a funding allocation of these projects; and
WHEREAS, Caltrans has presented three program supplements as
part of the master agreement to reimburse the City of the cost of
design, construction and construction engineering of these
projects;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF SANTA ANA that the Executive Director of the Public Works Agency
of the city of Santa Ana in hereby authorized to execute, in the
name of the city of Santa Ana, the following Program Supplements:
Program Supplement No. 75, 12-5063 (013)
Program Supplement No. 76, 12-5063 (012)
Program Supplement No. 78, 12-5063 (014)
