RESOLUTION NO. 96-010
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COONCIL OF THE CITY OF
SANTA ANA AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR OF
THE PUBLIC WORKS AGENCY TO ENTER INTO AN
AGREEMENT WITH THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA,
DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION, (CALTRANS) FOR
STATE FUNDING FOR FIVE PROJECTS UNDER FY
1993-1994 HAZARD ELIMINATION SAFETY PROGRAM.
WHEREAS, the city of Santa Ana has applied for Federal funds
to be used for five projects under the FY 1993-1994 Hazard Elimination
Safety Program; and
WHEREAS, the Federal Department of Transportation, through
the State of California, Department of Transportation (Caltrans) has
approved a funding allocation for these projects; and
WHEREAS, Caltrans has presented a program supplement as part
of the master agreement to reimburse the City for the cost of design,
construction and construction engineering of these projects.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF SANTA ANA that the City Council of the City of Santa Ana
authorizes the executive director of the public works agency to
execute in the name of the City of Santa Ana the following program
supplements:
