RESOLUTION NO. 96- 017
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF SANTA ANA APPROVING A COMMUNI-
CATIONS SITE SUBLEASE AGREEMENT WITH
PACIFIC BELL MOBILE SERVICES
WHEREAS the City of Santa Ana water tower is located at 1415
North French Street on land leased by the City from the Santa Ana
Unified School District; and
WHEREAS, Pacific Bell Mobile Services, a California
corporation, desires to place mobile/wireless communications
facilities on the City of Santa Ana water tower; and
WHEREAS, a Communications Site Sublease Agreement has been
prepared to allow such use of the city of Santa Ana water tower by
Pacific Bell Mobile Services and has been approved as to form by
the City Attorney and is on file in the office of the Clerk of the
Council;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF SANTA ANA that the said Communications Site Sublease Agreement
is hereby approved, and that the Mayor and the Clerk of the Council
are authorized to execute the same on behalf of the City of Santa
Aha.
