RESOLUTION NO. 96-049
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF SANTA ANA CORRECTING RESOLUTION
NO. 96-028, WHICH APPROVED CONDITIONAL
USE PERMIT NO. 95-31 FOR A SHOPPING
CENTER AT THE SOUTHEAST CORNER OF HARBOR
BOULEVARD AND McFADDEN AVENUE
WHEREAS, on April 1, 1996, the City Council adopted its Resolution No. 96-
028, which approved Conditional Use Permit No. 95-31, to allow three restaurants
in a shopping center located at the southeast corner of Harbor Boulevard and
McFadden Avenue; and
WHEREAS, said resolution as recorded contained certain inadvertent errors;
and
WHEP~AS, the City Council now desires to record a corrected resolution to
conform it to said resolution as actually adopted by the City Council;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA
AS FOLLOWS:
1. Item A.2. of the conditions of approval of the said conditional use
permit, set forth in Exhibit B of Resolution No. 96-028, is amended to read as
follows:
"2. The project must meet the following development
standards:
12 foot wide drive aisle at radii
10 feet wide at straight aways
80 feet minimum from pickup window
59 feet minimum from order window"
2. Item A.4. of the conditions of approval of the said conditional use
permit, set forth in Exhibit B of Resolution No. 96-028, is deleted.
