RESOLUTION NO. 96- 064
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF SANTA ANA DENYING CONDITIONAL
USE PERMIT APPLICATION NO. 96-009, WHICH
SOUGHT TO ALLOW OPERATION BETWEEN
MIDNIGHT AND 5:00 AM OF AN EATING
ESTABLISHMENT LOCATED AT 2841 WEST
WARNER AVENUE
WHEREAS, this Council held a public hearing on June 3, 1996,
on Conditional Use Permit Application No. 96-009, which sought to
allow operation between midnight and 5:00 a.m. of an eating
establishment located at 2841 West Warner Avenue;
'NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF SANTA ANA AS FOLLOWS:
1. Based upon the evidence submitted at the abovesaid hearing
this Council finds and determines as set forth in Exhibit A,
attached hereto and incorporated herein.

The late night hours, may serve as a detrimental effect to
the immediate areas and diminish the quality of life of
adjacent residences.
