RESOLUTION NO. 96- 106
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF SANTA ANA AMENDING THE LAND USE
ELEMENT OF THE GENERAL PI2~N TO CHANGE THE
MAXIMUM FLOOR AREA RATIO FOR PROPERTY
LOCATED AT 1801 SOUTH STANDARD AVENUE (GPA
96-10)
W~EREAS, the Planning Commission of the City of Santa Ana,
after duly noticed public hearing, approved an amendment to General
Plan of the City of Santa Ana, as hereinafter set forth; and
WHEREAS, this Council, after duly notice public hearing,
concurs in the Planning Commission's approval of said General Plan
amendment;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF SANTA ANA that the Land Use Element of the General Plan of the
City of Santa Ana is amended to establish the maximum floor area
ratio for the property shown on Exhibit 1, attached hereto and
incorporated herein, at 0.45 square foot of building floor area per
each one (1) square foot of lot area.
