RESOLUTIONNO. 98-046
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA
AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR OF THE PUBLIC WORKS
AGENCY TO ENTER INTO AN AGREEMENT WITH THE STATE OF
CALIFORNIA DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION FOR STATE
FUNDING OF PROJECTS UNDER FY 1997-1998 TRAFFIC SYSTEM
MANAGEMENT PROGRAM.
WHEREAS, the City of Santa Ana (City) has applied for State funds to be used for
projects under the FY 1997-1998 Traffic System Management Program (Project); and
WHEREAS, on June 3, 1998, the State of California Department of Transportation
(Caltrans) approved funding allocation for the cost of the Project; and
WHEREAS, Caltrans has presented a program supplement as part of the master agreement
to reimburse the City for the cost of the Project.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
SANTA ANA that the City Council of the City of Santa Ana authorizes the Executive Director of
the Public Works Agency to execute, in the name of the City of Santa Ana, all necessary
contracts and agreements under the state local entity master agreement no. TSM/FCR-5063 and
the following program supplement:
Program Supplement No. 009, TSM98-5063 (028)
