HomeMy WebLinkAbout98-060 - Amending the General Plan of the City of Santa Ana361 GAS: 9/15/98 RESOLUTION NO. 98- 060 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA AMENDING THE GENERAL PLAN OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA TO EXCEED THE ALLOWABLE FLOOR AREA RATIO FOR THE PROPOSED INDUSTRIAL BUILDING LOCATED AT 3330 SOUTH HARBOR BOULEVARD (GPA 98-05) WHEREAS, the Planning Commission of the City of Santa Aha, after noticed public hearing, approved an amendment to the General Plan of the City of Santa Aha as hereinafter set forth; and WHEREAS, this Council has held a duly noticed public hearing on said General Plan amendment; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA AS FOLLOWS: 1. The floor area ratio of the General Plan of the City of Santa Ana is hereby amended to exceed the allowable ~loor area ratio for the construction of the industrial building located at 3330 South Harbor Boulevard, as shown in Exhibit 1, attached hereto and incorporated herein.
