Mayor Hall was absent. Following the Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag, the Invocation was delivered by the Reverend W. C. Birmingham, Assistant Pastor of 0rangethorpe Methodist Church, Fullert on. MINUTE~ APPROVAL On moticm of Counc~lm-n Harvey, seconded hy Councilman Schlueter and carried, the City Council approved the Minutes of the Regular Meeting of May 20, 1963, and the Minutes of the Adjourned Regular Meeting of May 22, 1963. BIDS On motion of Counci~an Schlueter, 1 - LIABILITY INSURANCE seconded by Councilman Gilmore and carried, Council received and ordered filed a tabulation of bids received for furnishing liability insurance coverage for three years beg~nBing July l, 1963, and postponed award of the contract to the meeting of June 17, 1963, on recom- mendation of the City Manager. BIDS The City l~mager submitted a tabulation 2 - A. Do 213 of bids received for the construction RES° 63-103 of sanitary sewers and appurtenances in Assessment District 213, reported that the low bidder claimed an error of about $10,000, and that the second low bid was an unbalanced bid. Commcil heard Dale Heinly, 611 W. 8th Street, attorney representing McFadden Homes. who requested abandonment of the street easement. There being no further test/many, the hearing was closed.
