HomeMy WebLinkAbout98-071 - Amending the Land Use Element of the General Plan from Industrial to Professional389 RESOLUTION NO. 98-071 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA AMENDING THE LAND USE ELEMENT OF THE GENERAL PLAN FROM INDUSTRIAL (IND) TO PROFESSIONAL AND ADMINISTRATIVE OFFICE (PAO) WITH REGARD TO PROPERTY LOCATED AT 3401, 3501 AND 3503 SOUTH HARBOR BOULEVARD (GPA 98-04) WHEREAS, the Planning Commission of the City of Santa Aha, after noticed public hearing, approved an amendment to the General Plan of the City of Santa Aha as hereinafter set forth; and WHEREAS, this Council has held a duly noticed public hearing on said General Plan amendment. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA AS FOLLOWS: 1. The "Land Use Plan" of the Land Use Element of the General Plan of the City of Santa Ana is hereby amended to redesignate that area of the City shown on Exhibit 1, attached hereto and incorporated herein, from "Industrial" (IND) to "Professional and Administrative Office" (PAO) in the City's General Plan.
