The proposed project is located in a highly urbanized area with a stable population base. The proposed project, due to its limited scale and 10cation in an urban area, will not create significant changes in the housing supply or demand for the area. No displacement of any housing will occur. No significant changes to the location or demographics of the area population are anticipated. Mitigation Measures/Monitoring Required= None Required III. GEOLOGIC PROBLEMS The potential for earthquakes affects all of Southern California. There are no active faults on the project site. This potential impact is not considered a significant constraint to the development of the project, however implementation of seismic design provisions for structural safety will help minimize threats to human safety in the event of an earthquake.
