The meeting was called to order at 7:30 p.m. in the Council Chambers, 217-North
Main Btreet. Roll call was answered by Councilmen R~yal E. Hubbard, James
Gilmore, Henry H. Sehlueter, and Mayor Hall. Councilman Harry H. Harvey was
absent. Following the imle~e of Allegiance to the Flag, the Invocation was
delivered by the Reverend Dave Covey, First Christian Church.
