HomeMy WebLinkAbout99-053 - Amending the Land Use Element of the General Plan from Industrial347 GAS: 7/30/99 RESOLUTION NO. t§99-053 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COLrNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA AMENDING THE LAND USE ELEMENT OF THE GENERAL PLAN FROM INDUSTRIAL (IND) TO PROFESSIONAL AND ADMINISTRATIVE OFFICE (PAO) WITH REGARD TO PROPERTY LOCATED AT 3601-3631 SOUTH HARBOR BOULEVARD AND 3651 WEST SUNFLOWER AVENUE (GPA 99-01) WHEREAS, the Planning Commission of the City of Santa Aha, after noticed public hearing, approved an amendment to the General Plan of the City of Santa Ana as hereinafter set forth; and WHEREAS, this Council has held a duly noticed public hearing on said General Plan amendment; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA AS FOLLOWS: 1. The Negative Declaration for Environmental Review No. 99-101 is hereby approved and certified. 2. The "Land Use Plan" of the Land Use Element of the General Plan of the City of Santa Ana is hereby amended to redesignate that area of the City shown on Exhibit 1, attached hereto and incorporated herein, from "Industrial" (IND) to "Professional and Administrative Office" (PAO) in the City's General Plan.
