RESOLUTION NO. 99-065.1
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF SAI~TAAIgAAMENDING THE LAND USE ELEMENT OF
THE GENERAL PLAN FROM GENERAL COMMERCIAL (GC)
TO PROFESSIONAL ADMINISTRATIVE OFFICE (PAO)
WITH REGARD TO PROPERTY LOCATED ON THE NORTH
SIDE OF EAST SEVENTEENTH STREET BETWEEN
LINWOOD AND MABURY(GPA 99-03)
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission of the City of Santa Aha,
after noticed public hearing, approved an amendment to the General
Plan of the City of Santa Ana as hereinafter set forth; and
WHEREAS, this Council has held a duly noticed public hearing
on said General Plan amendment;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF SANTA ANA AS FOLLOWS:
1. The Mitigated Negative Declaration and
Monitoring Program for Environmental Review No. 99-15
approved and certified.

2. The "Land Use Plan" of the Land Use Element of the
General Plan of the City of Santa Ana is hereby amended to
redesignate that area of the City shown on Exhibit 1, attached
hereto and incorporated herein, from ~'General Commercial" (GC) to
"Professional Administrative Office" (PAO) in the City's General
Plan.
