CT.~'B REPORT The Clerk reported that notice of
the special meeting was given as
required by law, amd submitted a
Certificate of SerVin~ Notice of
Special Meeting. It was moved by Councilm-- Schlu~ seconded by
Coumcil~-u Earvey.az~l carried, that the Certificate be received am4
ordered filed.
~I~FINAL TRACT MAP 3236 F~--1 Tract Map 3236 was filed by
Joh~ B. Kilroy to create 34 lots
at the northeast cormer of Earbor
amd Warner. It was moved by
C~,-cilman Narvey, seconded by Councilman Schlueter amd carried, that
Council approve Tract Map 3236, accept the dedicatioms thereon, and
authorize execution of the subdivision agreement.
