RESOLUTION NO. 2000-017
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
SANTA ANA AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF TRAINING
PROGRAM PARTICIPATION AGREEMENTS WITH THE
CALIFORNIA HIGHWAY PATROL
WHEREAS, the State of California, Department of California Highway patrol
requires written training agreements from any agency participating in their training
programs; and
WHEREAS, the Police Department of the City of Santa Ana desires to rent our
Police Range to the Department of California Highway Patrol; and
WHEREAS, a resolution of the Santa Ana City Council authorizing execution of
participation agreements by the City Manager is required for the 2000/2001 fiscal year.
NOW, THEREFORE; BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF SANTA ANA that the City Manager is hereby authorized and directed to execute
such training participation agreements as and when required for Fiscal Year 2000/2001.
ADOPTED this 6th day of March, 2000.
