RESOLUTION NO. 2000-042
A RESOLUTION OF THEr'CITy'CoUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
SANTA ANA APPROVING AND ADOPTING MITIGATED
NEGATIVE DECLARATIONS AND MITIGATION
MONTIORING PROGRAMS: ER NO. 00-64, ER. NO. 00-65,
ER NO. 00-66, ER NO. 00-67, ER NO. 000-68, ER NO. 00-
69, ER NO. 00-70 AND ER NO. 00-79
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF SANTA ANA AS FOLLOWS:
The City Council has reviewed and considered the information contained in the initial
studies and the mitigated negative declarations prepared with respect to the submittal of
improvement projects to the Orange County Transportation Authority for funding under the
Combined Transportation Funding Program. The City Council has, as a result of its
consideration, and the evidence presented at the headngs on this matter, determined that,
as required pursuant to the California Environmental Quality ACt ("CEQA") and the State
CEQA Guidelines, the Mitigated Negative Declarations adequately address the expected
environmental impacts of the projects. On the basis of this review, the City Council finds
that there is no evidence from which it can be fairly argued that the projects will have a
significant adverse effect on the environment. The City Council hereby approves and
adopts the mitigated negative declarations and mitigation monitoring programs for ER No.
00-64, ER No. 00-65, ER No. 00-66, ER No. 00-67, ER No. 000-68, ER No. 00-69, ER No.
00-70 and ER No. 00-79 and directs that the Notice of Determinations be prepared and
filed with the County Clerk of the County of Orange in the manner required by law.
