RESOLUTION NO. 2000-051
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
SANTA ANA AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR
OF THE PUBLIC WORKS AGENCY TO ENTER INTO AN
AGREEMENT WITH THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA
DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION FOR STATE
FUNDING FOR PROJECTS UNDER FY 1997-1998 HAZARD
ELIMINATION SAFETY PROGRAM
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF SANTA ANA AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1: The City Council of the City of Santa Ana does find, determine and
declare as follows:
The City of Santa Ana applied for State funds to be used for projects under
the FY 1997-1998 Hazard Elimination Safety Program;
On March 10, 1998, the State of California, Department of Transportation
(Caltrans) approved a funding allocation for this project;
Caltrans has presented a program supplement as part of the master
agreement to reimburse the City for the cost of this project;
SECTION 2: The City Council of the City of Santa Ana authorizes the Executive
Director of the Public Works Agency to execute in the name of the City of Santa Ana all
necessary contracts and agreements under the Agency-State Agreement 12-5063 and
the following program supplement:
Program Supplement No. 066-M, STPLHG-5063 (040)
ADOPTED this 17th .dayof July ,2000.
