Roll call was answered by Councilmen Harry H. Harvey, James Gilmore, Henry H. Schlueter, Royal E. Hubbard and Mayor A. Allen Hall. CLERK'S REPORT The Clerk reported that the regular meeting of December 16, 1963 was adjourned to this time and place; that the Order of Adjournment was posted as required by law, and submitted a Certificate of Posting Order of Adjournment.
