August 24, 196~
The meettng was called to order at 5:00 p.m. in the Council Chamber, 217 North Main
Street. Roll call was answered by Councilmen Royal E. Hubbard, James Gilmore, Henry
H. Schlueter, and Mayor A. Allen Hall. Councilman Hurry H. Harvey was absent.
The Clerk reported that notice of the Special Meeting had been given as required and
submitted Certificate of Mailing Notice of Special Meeting. Certificate was ordered
filed on motion of Councilma~ Hubbard, seconded by Councilm-~ Schlueter, and carried.

Councilman Harvey arrived at 5:05 p.m. and was present for the r~m-tnder of the
CITIZENSS PROTEST
Mrs. Janice Boer, 912 N. Lowell,
presented a citizen/s protest, reques-
ting the bond election be postponed
until April to give citizens
opportunity to study what City proposes to bu~ and protesting the concessions City is
making to C=unty. The protest was ordered filed on motion of Councilw~ Hubbard,
seconded by Councilman Schlueter, and carried.
