E. ~th Street, stated that the land could still be used profitably as residential,

surrounding area. Claude M. Hunter, 165~ E. ~th, also spoke in opposition
noting there are two vacant service statics in area. Mr. Cro-a~ spoke briefly
in rebuttal. The Clerk.distributed photographs of the area to the Council,
prepared by the pla-~ing Department. There being no further testimony, the

a six foot block wall would be placed on the south and east of the property, and
that trees could Be given to neighboring property o~ners for planting. Peter

Council overrule~ the action of the Zoning A4~inistrator and instructe~ the
