OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF SANTA ANA, CALIFORNIA
February 23~ 1965
The meeting was called to order at 2:00 p.m. in the Council Chamber, 217 North
Main Street, Santa Aha, California. Roll call was answered by C~uucilmen
Royal E. Hubbard, Henry H. Schlueter, James Gilmore, and Mayor A. Allen Hall.
Counctlm~ Harry Harvey was absent.
CLERK'S REPORT The Clerk reported that notice of the Special
Meeting was mailed as required by law and a
Certificate of Mailing Notice is on file in
the office of the Clerk. Councilman Harry H.
Harvey arrived at 2:04 p.m. and was present throughout the remainder of the
meeting.
BIGLER INVESTIGATION
REPORT
be in Executive Session.
Mayor Hall announced that the only purpose
of the meeting was to consider the investigation
repor~ of James C. Bigler regarding the Police
Department, and that such consideration would
RECESS
At 2:05 p.m. the Council recessed for Executive
Session, rec(mvening at 7:05 p.m., with all
Council members present.
Mayor Hall announced that it was the Co~uucil's Judgment that no decision be made
at this time and the Council would undertake consideration of the report again
in Executive Session at a Special Meeting on March l, 1965 at 1:30 p.m. in the
Council Chamber, 217 North Main Street, Santa Aha, California.

Councilman Schlueter and carried, the meeting
was adjourned at 7:07 p.m.
