The meeting was called to order at 1:32 p.m. in the Council Chamber, City
Hall, 217 North Main Street. Roll call was answered by Councilmen Royal E.
Hubbard, Harry H. Harvey, James Gilmore, Henry H. Schlueter and Mayor A.
Allen Hall.
CLERK' S REPO~
The Clerk reported that notice of
the meeting had been mailed as
required by law and that a
Certificate of Mailing Notice was
on file in the office of the Clerk.
BIGLER INVESTIGATION At 1:3~ p.m. the Council, on motion
REPORT of Counc~lmmn Hubbard, seconded by
Councilman Schlueter and carried~
recessed to Executive Session to
discuss the James C. Bigler report regarding the Police Department~ reconvening
at 5:30 p.m. with all Councilmen present.
ADJOURNMENT
At 5:31 p.m., on motion of Councilman
Hubbard, seconded by Councilman
Schlueter ama carried, the meeting
was adjourned.
