Ann Resnikoff, 233 Coral St., Buena Park, representing the applicaut, explained
the position of the various signs~ noting that when informed of Mmmicipal Co~e
restrictions, objectionable signs had been removed; and stated that because of
the obscured position of the development, adequate signs were necessary.
The Planning Director submitted pictures to Council showing code violations,
stating that a higher bond had been set for the appellants because ~of their
refusal to comply with the Municipal Code. There being no further testimony,
the hearing was closed.
It was moved by Coumc~!m-u Hubbard, seconded by Counci)~sn Harvey and carried,
that the Council uphold the action of the Planning Ccmmission and instruct the
City Attorney to prepare a resolution denying the appeal.
