U11 AMENDMENT TO
i; T F SIC) 3 CONSULTANT AGREEMENT
THIS AMENDMENT TO CONSULTANT AGREEMENT, is entered into this
day of M � si , 2003, by and between TriTech Software Systems
("Consultant") and t1fe City of Santa Ana, a charter city and municipal corporation of the
State of California ("City").
Recitals:
A. The parties entered into Agreement #A-2001-218, dated November 5, 2001,
(hereinafter "said Agreement") by which Consultant has provided computer software
support and maintenance for a VisiCAD Computer -Aided Dispatch System for the
City's Fire Department.
B. The parties amended said Agreement to increase the Scope of Services, increase
compensation and extend the term, by Amendment #A2002-203, dated November 18,
2002.
C. In accordance with the terms and conditions of said Agreement, the parties wish to
amend the Scope of Services and increase compensation to upgrade and receive
training on new operating systems software.
Wherefore, in consideration of the covenants contained in said Agreement, and subject
to all the terms and conditions of said Agreement, except those amended in this
Amendment to Consultant Agreement, the parties agree as follows:
1. Section 1, SCOPE OF SERVICES, is amended to include TriTech Proposal for Santa
Ana Fire Department VisiCAD Command Upgrade & Stratus Configuration, attached
hereto as Exhibit A-1.
2. Section 2, COMPENSATION, is amended to increase the compensation by an
$20,000.00, for a total amount not to exceed $87,801.00, from November 1, 2002
through October 31, 2003.
3. Except as hereinabove amended, all terms and conditions of said Agreement shall
remain in full force and effect.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties hereto have executed this Amendment to
Consultant Agreement on the date and year first written above.
