November 17, 1966
The meeting was called to order at 7:24 P.M. in the Council Chambers~
City Eall, 217 N. Main Street. Roll call was answered by Councilman
James Gilmore~ Walter Brooks, Davis Burk, Wazle Herrin, Tc~ McMichael,
and Mayor Harry H. Harvey. Councilman J. Ogden Narkel was absent.
Also present were City Manager Carl J. Thornton, City Attorney William
L. Mock~ aD~l Clerk of the Council Doris M. Brown.
CLERK' S REPORT The Clerk reported that notice of
the meeting was served as required
by law and that Certificate of
Service was on file in the Office of the Clerk of the Council.
