The City Manager stated that the problem is in the cost, which the utility company feels should not be their responsibility; that in his opinion the prices (be~E quote&) for golng underground are higher than in other California areas; that he will cc~tact the company again. ORAL CO--CATIONS ~% John ~assi~y, 1121 No Wright Street~ spoke at length regarding a two-story addition to his home, approved By Variance 2199, on which he had received a stop notice. Robert Frazier, E, Washington Stree~ called attention to subdivision deed restrictions prohibiting the buil~ling of a two-story structure. Margaret Jonsen, 1122 N. Concord Street, owner of a~ adJoiming lot, objected to the t~o-story Building. The planning Director explained the stop notice was the result of the attorney's suggestion that notice to adjacent owners may have Been inadequate since a two-story a~lditioa had nc~ Been indicated.
