That Agreement entered into the 1st day of June 2002 by and between
City of Santa Ana, hereinafter referred to as the "Administrative Entity," and the
Employment Development Department of the State of California, hereinafter referred to as
"EDD" Is hereby amended effective December 1, 2002 to:
Add $88,484 to the amount that the Administrative Entity shall reimburse EDD. (See
Exhibit D) The total sum for the reimbursement shall be $269,293.
Except as hereby amended, all terms and conditions of the agreement remain unchanged
and in full force and effect.
