after having been revised ~y the staff. The City Meaager explained that
the ordinance as revise~ provides for separate n~-structural signs for
i~entification of busimess$ permits use of r~ft~p signs~ a~d establishes
that new signs requested shall be 1~ c~mfor~nce with the regulm$1,~ but
signs already im existemce hy Buildiag per. it are legalized for ~ne year~
