The February 22, 1994 Santa Ana Financing Authority Agenda was posted on
the door of the Council Chambers, 22 Civic Center Plaza, at 1:30 p.m. on
February 16, 1994.

In response to Miles Leach's inquiry as to who elected the members of the Santa Ana
Financing Authority, Legal Counsel Edward Cooper explained Authority members were not
elected but served in that capacity due to their being Councilmembers.

RESOLUTION 94-002 SAFA - A resolution of the Santa Ana Financing
Authority authorizing and directing the sale of not to exceed $24,000,000
principal amount of Santa Ana Financing Authority Water Revenue Bonds,
Series 1994; authorizing the publication of official notice of sale relating
thereto; approving.'~e-preparation'and distribution of an' official statement;
authorizing the sale of such bonds on certain terms and conditions; and
authorizing certain other official action in connection therewith

BUSINESS CALENDAR
RESOLUTION 94-003 SAFA - A resolution of the Santa Ana Financing
Authority approving the forms of and authorizing the execution and delivery by
the Authority of a master installment purchase agreement, a supplement thereto,
an escrow agreement and an indenture with respect to the execution and sale of
Santa Ana Financing Authority Water Revenue Bonds, Series 1994, authorizing
the execution of such bonds in an aggregate principal amount not to exceed
$24,000,000, authorizing and approving execution of necessary documents and
related actions
