FIRST AMENDMENT TO AGREEMENT
BETWEENTHE CITY OF SANTA ANA
AND SYSTEM INNOVATORS, INC.
A-2001-230
THIS FIRST AMENDMENT, made and entered into this 20'h day of November, 2001, by and between
the City of Santa Ana, a charter city and municipal corporation duly organized and existing under the
Constitution and laws of the State of California ("City") and System Innovators, Inc. ("Contractor").
RECITALS
A. The City and the Contractor entered into that certain agreement on the 4`t' of September, 200t, entitled
"Purchase and Software License Agreement"., hereinafter referred to as "said Agreement", for the purchase of
computer equipment and related peripherals and supplies, Professional consulting, programming, installation, support
and training services, as well as the licensing of computer software and related documentation by Contractor for the
City.
B. The parties hereto now desire to amend said Agreement to provide for additional funding in the amount of
Four Thousand Five Hundred Dollars ($4,500.00) to cover the expenses of Additional Hardware pursuant to Exhibit
A, attached hereto and incorporated herein.
WHEREFORE, in consideration of the mutual and respective covenants and promises hereinafter contained and
made, and subject to all of the terms and conditions of said Agreement as hereby amended, the parties hereto do
hereby agree as follows:
The Agreement is amended to include the additional hardware and support as set forth in
Exhibit A hereto:
The amount of compensation to Contractor is hereby amended to include an additional
amount of compensation for the additional hardware and support services pursuant to this
Amendment which shall not exceed Four Thousand Five Hundred Dollars ($4,500.00).
Except as hereinabove modified, the terms and conditions of said Agreement and all Exhibits
thereto, remain unchanged and in full force and effect.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties hereto have executed this First Amendment the date
and year first above written.
