AMENDMENT TO AGREEMENT
This AMENDMENT TO AGREEMENT, entered into on~ 1996 is
between the STATE OF CALIFORNIA, acting by and through its Department of
Transportation, referred to herein as STATE, and
CITY OF SANTA ANA, a body politic and
a municipal Corporation of the State
of California, referred to herein as
CITY.
RECITALS
District A~,reement No. 12-214 A-1
The parties hereto entered into an Agreement (District Agreement No. 12-214,
Document No. 13300) on November 6, 1995 said Agreement defining the terms
and conditions of a cooperative project to construct Alton Avenue Overcrossing at
SR-55, referred to herein as PROJECT.
It has been determined that PROJECT will not he constructed prior to the
termination date of said Agreement.
SECTION I
IT IS THEREFORE MUTUALLY AGREED:
The termination date specified in Section III, Article 13 of the original A4greement
shall now he December 31, 1998 instead of December 31, 1996.
The other terms and conditions of said Agreement (Document No. 13300) shall
remain in full force and effect.
This Amendment to Agreement is hereby deemed to he part of Document No.
13300.
